EITW Property Watch Program

 Summary Statement:

This program began with the pilot focus of opening and retaining hunting access to private timberlands in WDFW Regions 5 & 6 with the goal of statewide duplication into areas of need.  This adaptable program can be utilized to provide public access for hunting & fishing seasons, spring bear hunting, antler collecting, etc...

 Hunting is a key element of the WDFW Elk management plan; this program assists hunters and the WDFW mission of creating healthy and sustainable wildlife populations.

 As most pilot programs evolve, Property Watch has developed into 3-areas of focus; (1) Land Access, (2) Assisting with WDFW conservation closures and (3) Assisting the WDFW public access site program.

You Can Make A Difference!

The Property Watch program needs dedicated volunteers to expand.  We are currently looking for key volunteers willing to assist in project leadership.  Interested;
